Our mission is to make IT Services more accessible whilst also tackling the growing rise in e-waste. We offer a broad range of services with a wide pricing structure to suit all budgets.

The idea for SystemSavers came around as early as the global lockdown, when it became apparent businesses could function online & also by using postal services. This prompted us to work on the Bookings system. The booking systems is designed to allow customers to choose how they access their services, when & by who. The bookings system allows customers to book their device to be collected directly by us, to be returned to you by us, to be fixed on site if required, allow you to arrange your own collection or drop off & prebook business computer services.
This milestone made us think about whether being a static business was the choice for us. We concluded it was easier for staff to work from their own homes instead of an office, which allows us to have more access points in more locations rather than one fixed office. This widened our catchment area & allowed us to test offering the bookings service from wider distances.
When most of the team had to suffer during the silicone shortage, this made us hungrier to find ways to lower our costs. When being so passionate about something, understanding the effects that costs may have becomes daunting. We then began to think about how we could make computing more affordable & accessible to everyone. This lead us to the conclusion we needed to offer multiple variants to pricing structures. So we started testing with how far you could push older laptops & discovered that older tech could still hold its own. By creating a Bare Minimum Requirements policy, this allowed us to find capable second hand refurbishable devices that could provide a modern yet cost effective option.

SystemSavers was designed to be its own unique service from launch & was established to continuously improve the way IT services are accessed. Our company has been designed specifically around its customers to provide an experience backed by loyalty.
Unique Pricing Structure & Sustainability
When we began forming our company structure, it became apparent to us we wanted to offer a pricing structure to fit all. Whilst also working to reduce the amount of e-waste produced, we concluded we could offer cheaper pricing by offering capable second hand part replacements. All second hand devices & parts are subjected to multi point tests before resale.
Tested Formula
Working closely with the market before starting SystemSavers, we put our plans into effect to test the waters, which was highly successful. By developing a network of sellers across eBay, Facebook and auctions we have been able to test how much of a cheaper service can be provided by using second hand parts. Whilst also promoting new devices where required, we offer cheaper alternatives by sourcing second hand devices or parts.
Adaptability
SystemSavers was designed to grow alongside the world, by adapting as the trends in sales change. Whilst still offering traditional services, SystemSavers also expands on how we can broaden the range of our services. By working to make a bookings system & ordering system to make your life simpler.
